How to place an order (steps):

1.Please registered an account on our site (“create new account” on our main page) if you do not already have one.

2.Log in, explore the site.

3.Find the products you need and click "Add to Cart" - MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT IS $100 USD (US dollars)

4.If you need more products to be ordered then click on "Continue Shopping", if you need to create the order then click "Checkout".

5.Delivery address fields will be displayed - fill in your real shipping address. NO FAKE ADDRESS, THIS IS WHERE YOUR ORDER IS BEING SHIPPED TO!! Check your billing information to be the same as your Delivery information.

6.Your order content and the shipping address appeared, please check all of them once again and if it is correct, then click "Review Order"

7.Your order is created, it is in our database from now on, so you need to pay for it.

8.You will be given the money collectors information (Western Union OR Money Gram).

9.Take a piece of paper, write down the collector first name, last name, city and country.

10.Go to a Western Union OR Money Gram (depending on what payment type we provide you) office and make the transfer, please DO NOT protect the transaction with any secret questions, unless WE ASK YOU TO! Also do not give any other info but the collector's one that you were provided here.

11.Fill in the form that they give you. You may use a fake name to send the transfer, BUT WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT as if there is any issue you will not be able to get your money back! Any amount sent over $1000 CAD (Canadian dollars) you will require to show ID and have to use real name for this amount or greater transfer.

12.Take the form with payment confirmation that they leave you and come back to your computer.

13.Log back into your account here, click on "My Account" and then go to “ORDERS”. Click on the order that you just paid for. Enter WU/MG Information.

14.Fill in the info you have on hand and submit it:
1.) The sum of the transfer in USD (US dollars)
2.) Western Union OR Money Gram MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number)
3.) Senders Name. First and Last is REQUIRED!!
4.) Senders City
5.) Senders Country
After all this is done you will be updated by mail as soon as the payment is collected.
Also you can always see the status of your payments and orders and by logging into your account.

Shipping:
- At this time we only ship to Canada.
- All orders are shipped Canada Domestic (No customs involved)
- We guarantee product delivery!
- All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
- We do not ship anything on weekends or holidays.
- All orders are shipped through Express Post Canada.
- All orders shipped can be tracked at the following site once we provide you the tracking number, when your order is shipped – www.canadapost.ca
- Shipping times in Canada vary from 1-3 business days for Express Post shipping depending on where you are located in Canada.
- No signature is required on order shipped.
- We ship to PO Boxes as well.
- Shipping cost is $25 USD (US dollars) per order.
